Future Ready Women is HBT’s work with women in urban and rural communities. It builds women who don’t just benefit from change but drive it: as entrepreneurs, digital champions, climate champions, child-rights advocates and mentors who carry skills and leadership into their homes, communities and local institutions long after direct support ends.

Built on a decade of groundwork

Future Ready Women builds upon the experience and achievements of SAMBHAVI, HBT’s women’s empowerment programme launched on International Women’s Day 2017. It has empowered 65,000+ women, trained 38,000+ in life skills through P.A.C.E. programme, promoted 1,800+ entrepreneurs, supported 10,000+ women farmers, and nurtured 265 women’s groups with 28,280+ women leaders across Odisha and beyond.
