Dharitri Patnaik
Founder & Chairperson
Dharitri Patnaik is the Founder and Chairperson of Humara Bachpan Trust and an entrepreneur, social-impact leader and public policy practitioner with nearly three decades of experience across social development, international development and institution building. She is the Founder & Managing Director of Jivada Ventures and Chairperson of Diversified Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., bringing extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business leadership and organisational development. She was the Founding Chairperson of FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar and served as Chief Coordinator of W20 India during India’s G20 Presidency, working with women leaders and stakeholders across G20 countries. A Harvard Kennedy School and TISS alumna, Dharitri is committed to building inclusive, resilient and empowered communities, with children and women at the centre of development.
Founder
Dipanjali Swain
Dipanjali Swain, a 20-year-old trustee from Bhubaneswar, is a talented and confident young leader from the Jagannathan community. An active child leader with Humara Bachpan, she has led community initiatives and represented India at the International Conference on Population and Development in Nairobi. With a strong academic record (78% in matriculation), she excels in debates and extracurricular activities and aspires to build a career in paramedics.
Usharani Patra
Ms. Usharani Patra, a former child leader of Humara Bachpan Trust, is a proactive and accomplished individual from a community background. She represented children at the Urban Thinkers Campus (NIUA) in Delhi in 2016 and pursued Media Studies at Centurion University, Jatni. Now a journalist in an electronic media house in Odisha, she is also pursuing her Master’s degree. A recipient of multiple awards, including the Children’s Choice Award (2019), Usha continues to inspire young people through her journey and dedication.
Shradhanjali Panda
Ms. Shradhanjali Panda, a former child leader of Humara Bachpan Trust, comes from a modest background and has excelled academically despite financial challenges. A BBA graduate from Centurion University, Jatni, she is currently working in Human Resources and plans to pursue a Master’s in Management. An award-winning debater and writer, she remains actively involved in community initiatives and aspires to become an IAS officer.
