Six Pillars of Girl-Centred Change

Every program is designed with girls at the centre — meeting them where they are, building on their strengths, and opening pathways to safer, more fulfilling futures.

P1
GAP Inc. P.A.C.E. Life Skills Program

Delivering age-appropriate certified life skills training for girls aged 11–17 to strengthen confidence, communication, decision-making, and future readiness.

P2
Girls as Leaders & Change Makers

Building leadership skills among adolescent girls to address the issues faced by their peers and other girls in their communities.

P3
Adolescent Health Program

Improving access to adolescent-friendly health information and services through interface sessions, awareness activities, and engagement with Urban Primary Health Centres.

P4
Aspiration & Employability

Supporting girls with career guidance, vocational pathways, digital literacy, and employability skills to help them transition into higher education, technical training, and livelihoods.

P5
Sexual & Reproductive Health

Creating awareness on menstrual health, nutrition, hygiene, bodily autonomy, and access to health services.

P6
Emotion & Relationship Management

Helping girls build emotional resilience, healthy relationships, self-esteem, and mental wellbeing to navigate adolescence with strength.

Barriers Girls Face Every Day

Adolescent girls often face multiple, intersecting barriers that limit their potential. Our programs are designed to directly address these challenges.

💍
Early Marriage & School Dropout

Many girls leave education prematurely, limiting their life choices and economic independence. Early marriage removes girls from education and community participation entirely.

🚧
Limited Mobility & Gender Discrimination

Social norms restrict girls’ movement, access to public spaces, and participation in household and community decisions. Gender discrimination affects educational and career aspirations.

🩺
Health Information Gaps

Lack of menstrual health knowledge, inadequate access to reproductive health services, and stigma around bodily autonomy leave girls vulnerable and uninformed.

🛡️
Safety Concerns & Career Barriers

Unsafe public spaces, harassment, and lack of career guidance and digital access limit girls’ ability to pursue opportunities beyond their immediate environment.

Where We Work

Our programs span schools, colleges, and communities across three Indian states — reaching girls where they live, learn, and grow.
